General information

The protection of your personal data is important to me. This website collects as little data as possible. No analytics or tracking services are used, there are no advertising networks, and no social media components are embedded that transmit data to third parties.

Access data

When you visit the website, your browser transmits technically necessary data to the server on which this website is hosted: IP address, date and time of access, page accessed, amount of data transferred, and a message on whether the retrieval was successful. This data is processed solely to operate and secure the website, is not combined with other data, and is deleted after a short time. The legal basis is the legitimate interest in the secure operation of the website according to Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO (Datenschutz-Grundverordnung, the EU General Data Protection Regulation).

Hosting

The website is hosted on servers within the European Union. A data processing agreement (Auftragsverarbeitung) according to Art. 28 DSGVO is in place with the provider.

Fonts

The fonts used are served from my own server. There is no connection to third-party servers, and no data is transmitted to font providers.

Contact form

If you write to me via the contact form, the information you enter is processed for the purpose of handling your inquiry: name, email address, and your message. This data is sent to me by email and additionally stored on the server so that no inquiry is lost. The legal basis is Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b DSGVO insofar as the inquiry is aimed at a contract, and otherwise your consent according to Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. a DSGVO. You can withdraw this consent at any time. The data is deleted as soon as the inquiry has been fully dealt with and no statutory retention obligations stand in the way.

Contact by email, phone, or messenger

If you contact me in another way, I process your information solely to handle your request. Please note that the transmission of messages via messenger services and unencrypted email can have security gaps.

Cookies

This website does not set any cookies for analytics or advertising purposes. When you submit the contact form, a technically necessary session cookie is set, which serves to protect against abusive submissions and expires when you close your browser.

Your rights

You have the right to information about the data stored about you, to rectification, to erasure, to restriction of processing, to data portability, and a right to object. To exercise these rights, contact the address given above. In addition, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.

Changes

This privacy policy will be updated if the offerings on this website or the legal requirements change.
