Holistic one-on-one guidance through individual, deep inner processes.
The work is intuitively guided, clear, and personally attuned to you.
Unlike a power animal journey or soul journey, one-on-one shamanic guidance begins with your personal theme and with whatever is moving you right now.
Perhaps you are standing at a threshold or in a phase of change. Perhaps a certain theme keeps returning, something from your past wants to be seen, or you sense that at some point you cannot move forward alone.
My one-on-one shamanic guidance follows no rigid structure. Depending on what you bring with you and what emerges in our shared process, different elements of my work can flow in.

Shamanic Journeys & Rituals
From a shamanic perspective, parts of the soul can split off through trauma, shock, loss, or other overwhelming experiences. This is understood as a kind of protection: a part withdraws so that the full weight of an experience does not have to be carried or felt.
Such experiences can lie far in the past and may have arisen as early as childhood. The trigger does not even have to seem particularly dramatic from today's point of view. What may look small to an adult can be overwhelming or deeply frightening for a child in that moment.
Often we are not aware of when or how such a separation might have come about. Perhaps we simply notice that something is missing, that certain themes keep returning, or that we no longer feel fully connected to a part of ourselves.
In a soul retrieval, I set out on a shamanic journey with the intention of reconnection and reintegration, searching for the soul part that wants to return. For me, this is not only about bringing that part back. Just as important is the question:
What does this part need today so that it can take its place in your life again?
Because for me, shamanic work always includes conscious integration and personal responsibility. A journey can make something visible and open the way to reconnection, yet what shows itself also wants to be received and carried forward in your own life afterwards.
Shamanic guidance is therefore not something that simply happens to you. It is a process in which you yourself are consciously involved.
In shamanic ancestral work, we consciously turn our attention to the seven generations that came before us. Sometimes themes or connections appear that reach even further back along the ancestral line.
When great-grandmothers, great-grandfathers, or ancestors from even earlier generations show up on a journey as supportive forces, I sometimes hear: "But I never even knew this person."
Yet our connection to our ancestors does not begin only where our own memory sets in.
We stand in a long line of people whose lives came before our own. Experiences, imprints, and family patterns can be passed down through the generations, just like gifts, talents, strength, and knowledge. Painful experiences and traumas of earlier generations can also continue to affect families for a long time.
In shamanic ancestral work, it can become visible what belongs to us and what may have begun long before us.
For me, this is not only about looking at what is burdensome. Our ancestors are not merely carriers of old wounds. They can just as much be experienced as supportive and strengthening forces.
On a guided ancestral journey, I once met my great-grandfather on my father's side. I had hardly given him any thought before and did not even have a real image of him in my mind. My attention had gone far more to his wife, my very imposing great-grandmother.
And suddenly he was there.
He was a miller, and with him came images of ripe grain and a field hamster, carried by a very light, natural energy of abundance and the message:
It is allowed to be easy.
A quality that had been missing from my own life until then.
This encounter showed me once again very clearly that our ancestors do not only matter where we know their stories or feel consciously connected to them. Sometimes it is precisely someone from the line we have barely noticed who steps forward and brings something that can become important on our own path.
For me, there is hardly anything more powerful than the image of knowing your whole maternal and paternal ancestral line gathered behind you.
Not to repeat their path. But to be free to walk your own.
We may honor our ancestors and receive what strengthens us. We may carry gifts and strength forward. And at the same time, we may decide which patterns and experiences will not continue with us.
Sometimes ancestral work can also mean meeting one particular person within your own line once more, seeing something from a different perspective, or, when it is possible and right for your own path, finding forgiveness.
We may walk our own individual path, with our ancestors behind us and their blessing for what is allowed to live on and come into being through us.
The inner child stands for the experiences, feelings, needs, and imprints of our childhood that we continue to carry within us as adults.
This is not only about wounds or difficult experiences. Something of our original joy of life, curiosity, and capacity for wonder also lives on in our inner child.
As children, we often know surprisingly well what excites us, what makes us shine, and what we feel naturally connected to. On the way into adulthood, this connection can grow quieter. School, outside expectations, adaptation, or formative experiences can lead us to live certain sides of ourselves less and less.
Sometimes the path to ourselves therefore also leads back to the child we once were.
At the same time, experiences from our childhood can reach far into our adult lives. What could not be understood, expressed, or held back then can later show up in recurring feelings, reactions, or relationship patterns.
Sometimes, as adults, we are still trying to obtain, avoid, or resolve something whose origin lies much further back.
In my shamanic work, I can therefore consciously set out on a journey to your inner child and meet it there.
What interests me is not only what this child has experienced, but above all:
What does it want to show us? What does it need today? What finally wants to be heard, seen, or held?
And sometimes something entirely different appears: a forgotten joy, a talent, a wish, or a side of you that was there very early on and grew quieter and quieter on the way into adult life.
For me, meeting the inner child does not mean standing still in the past. It is about entering into relationship with this part of us again, as the adult we are today.
Because much of what our inner child may have long sought in the outside world, we can give it ourselves today: attention, protection, recognition, boundaries, comfort, and the feeling of being seen and heard.
The child within us does not always need someone to rescue it. Sometimes it needs the adult we are today, one who is ready to listen.
Not every theme fits neatly into one particular area, and it does not have to.
Sometimes a concrete life question stands at the center, for example around partnership, change, a new beginning, or an important decision. I can then set out on a shamanic journey with this specific intention and see which images, encounters, and messages appear.
Rituals, smoke cleansings, energetic clearings, blessings, or a rune reading on your theme can also be part of your guidance, for example to consciously shape a transition, to let go of something old, to honor a new chapter of life, or to receive additional impulses on a current life question.
I do not follow a fixed formula here. The different elements of my work may combine and meet you exactly where you stand right now.
It is not the method that stands at the center, but you and what wants to show itself on your path.
One-on-one shamanic guidance can take place in person or remotely. Which form and which elements are right for your concern is something we clarify together, individually.
My shamanic guidance is understood as spiritual guidance and does not replace medical, psychotherapeutic, or psychiatric treatment.
