Spirit Animal Journey
Remember who you are
An inner journey to connect you with your spirit animal and your sacred place. This can be a geographic place that you may have been to before, but it can also be a metaphysical place where your soul feels at home. I function merely as a channel in this process, and I am always excited and surprised which animal and which place will show up. To create a protected, sacred space and receive the messages that are intended for your soul I call in the spirits of the four directions: the South (element fire, healing), the West (element water, transformation), the North (element earth, ancestors) and the East (element air, intellect/spirit) performing a shamanic ceremony. Within this sacred space I am going on an inner journey calling in your soul and the messages that I am supposed to and allowed to receive for you. Often spirit has its own way, and in some cases the ancestors show up first with a message or I receive additional messages if need may be, this can be as concrete as healing plants, foods or crystals that might support you in your process.

From now on, your spirit animal is your companion in the higher realms and in day to day life, there is no separation. You can call it in for support for especially challenging situations, for example, and put up a picture or buy a small figure, there are no limits to your creativity in how you wish to strengthen this connection. Of course, it can and often does show up for you in real life too - in the here and now - these encounters are particularly powerful. For example, a client of mine excitedly reported she had run into a deer the night before I did the spirit animal journey for her for the first time since they lived in their new house (without having told me).
